The present invention relates to a method for increasing pH of spandex fabric by using an inorganic additive, wherein approximately 0.5 to 10.0 wt% of the inorganic additive such as calcium oxide (CaO) is added to the spandex polymers on the basis of the amount of the solid part of the corresponding polymer. Therefore, the method for increasing pH of spandex fabric by using inorganic additives has an effect of increasing pH of spandex fabric approximately from 5.4 to 5.6.
