The present invention relates to a tilting pad thrust bearing and a tilting pad thrust bearing assembly, which prevent damage to a tilting pad where a concentrated load is applied by tilting the tilting pad to disperse the load to an adjacent tilting pad where a relatively less load is applied in the case that the concentrated load is applied to a part of the thrust bearing, minimize the volume of the tilting pad thrust bearing by fixing the tilting pad using an oil supply nozzle without a separate fixing member when the tilting pad is fixed, and improve the structure of the tilting pad and a plate to reduce the manufacturing costs and time of the tilting pad thrust bearing.
