The present invention relates to a shoe cushion that has anti-bacterial and anion release functions and a method for producing the same and, more particularly, to a shoe cushion that is manufactured by the use of white charcoal and a polyurethane element and has excellent anti-bacterial and anion release functions and a method for producing the same. The cushion manufacturing method includes: a step of preparing a sun tree or pine essential oil-based diluted solution; a step of absorbing an anti-bacterial and anion release element by dipping at least one selected from the group consisting of tourmaline, white charcoal powder, elvan, silver, jade, and zeolite in the sun tree or pine essential oil-based diluted solution; a step of drying the anti-bacterial and anion release element-absorbed material; a step of mixing molten polyurethane with the naturally dried anti-bacterial and anion release material; and a step of injecting the mixture into a prepared mold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
