The present invention relates to a permanent magnet synchronous motor having a weak magnetic flux control structure, and more specifically to a permanent magnet synchronous motor having a structure capable of performing weak magnetic flux control in a high-speed operation using a material with permeability varied in accordance with a temperature comprising: a stator; a rotor separated apart from the stator and having a permanent magnet; a plurality of stator cores separated apart by a specific distance between the rotor and the stator and manufactured using the permeability-variable material with permeability varied in accordance with the temperature; and a fluid tube formed in the stator cores to vary a temperature of a weak magnetic flux control member.
