The present invention relates to a structure to reduce noises by aerodynamic force. More specifically, the present invention relates to an aerodynamic noise reducing structure in an area with a high Reynolds number which can reduce aerodynamic noises of an object operated in an area with a high Reynolds number more than or equal to a hundred thousand unit.
