The present invention relates to an apparatus for damping the heave motion of an offshore plant using a superconductive electronic propeller. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for damping the heave motion of an offshore plant comprises: a location measurement system which measures the movement of the offshore plant and transmits the measured movement information to a superconductive electronic propeller; and the superconductive electronic propeller which generates thrust in a direction for damping the heave motion of the offshore plant by allowing currents to flow according to the movement information.
