The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasound operating apparatus and a high intensity focused ultrasound operating method, and more specifically, to a high intensity focused ultrasound operating apparatus and a high intensity focused ultrasound operating method which are capable of improving efficiencies in treatment of gynecological diseases and/or surgical procedure of vaginal contraction. A high intensity focused ultrasound operating apparatus according to the present invention includes: a cartridge which is formed in a bar shape such that the cartridge is capable of being inserted into the vagina of a surgical procedure recipient, wherein the cartridge is capable of being attached to or detached from surgical procedure hand pieces, and contains a ultrasound treatment unit generating high intensity focused ultrasounds therein; a driver which drives the ultrasound treatment unit such that the ultrasound treatment unit is moved forward and backward along a longitudinal direction of the cartridge; an image probe which images skin tissues in a predetermined depth from the skin surface of the vagina; and a controller which controls irradiating conditions of the high density focused ultrasounds by analyzing image data transmitted from the image probe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
