The present invention relates to a skin composition comprising isoflavone and (2S)-1-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol for moisturizing or whitening skin and, more particularly, to a skin composition using a synergic effect of isoflavone and (2S)-1-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol for external applications for enhancing skin barrier functions, and improving complexion and skin tone.
