The present invention relates to a substrate for a flexible transistor and a flexible organic thin film transistor including the same. More particularly, the present invention is to provide a flexible transistor which can be applied to a wide variety of applications and have superior economic feasibility and productivity, and secure heat resistance, flexibility, and electrical properties, by introducing a polyimide film and/or polyimide paper as an OTFT substrate material.
