Provides is an electromagnet wave oscillator. The electromagnet wave oscillator includes: 2 dimensional electron gas (2DEG) plate which forms a 2DEG channel; a first resistor which is connected to one node of the 2DEG plate; a second resistor which is connected to the other node; a source which supplies power to the 2DEG plate between the second resistor and the ground; a floating plate which has an electric dipole formed by the 2DEG channel and oscillates electromagnet waves; and a dielectric which is formed between the 2DEG plate and the floating plate.
