The present invention relates to augmented reality system to cognition improvement for prevention and care of dementia. Augmented reality is realized by using the actual motion of a user and a 3D content of modeling a specific motion developed to improve cognitive ability. The brain cell of the user can be effectively activated by inducing the user to repeatedly imitate the specific motion developed to improve cognitive ability in the augmented reality. Also, the interest of the user is induced so that the user can be trained continuously and spontaneously.
