The present invention relates to a double nanoparticle-reinforced aluminum inclination functional material, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The double nanoparticle-reinforced aluminum inclination functional material comprises: an aluminum layer; and at least one layer containing aluminum and a carbon nanotube, which contains or does not contain nano-SiC. The layer containing aluminum and a carbon nanotube, which contains or does not contain nano-SiC, is laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the aluminum layer. The aluminum and the carbon nanotube in each layer are evenly dispersed.
