In an insect net locking tool comprising: an insect net combining part combined to one end of an insect net frame; a window frame combining part combined to one end of a window frame; a cover fastened to the window frame combining part by a fastening tool; and a latch comprising a handle which is embedded in a latch slide groove of the cover and is combined to be applied with elasticity by a spring formed at a rear, the present invention is to provide a safety device for the insect net locking tool configured to form a latch fixing unit for double locking by suppressing backward movement of the latch at one side or the rear of the latch. According to the effect of the present invention, double locking can be done since the insect net is locked by the latch first and then the latch is prevented from moving backward by the fixing member, by forming the fixing member at the rear of the latch. Also, so as to prevent the latch from being unlocked without an additional tool like a screw driver, a screw hole is formed at a center of the latch and a fixing screw is combined to the screw hole to lock the latch and then the fixing screw is fastened by the screw driver. Then, the fixing screw is hooked to a fixing screw hooking hole of the window frame combining part. Thus, without releasing the fixing screw again, the latch can not be unlocked so that a falling accident of children due to mistake or mischief can be prevented in advance.
