The present invention relates to an Au/Ag hollow nano-shell, a composition for photo-thermal treatment which targets lung cancer cells, and a drug carrier for treating lung cancer. The Au/Ag hollow nano-shell shows a photo-thermal treatment effect under near-infrared (NIR), can release supported anti-cancer drugs by targeting the lung cancer cells, induces receptor mediated endocytosis of the lung cancer cells, and can deliver the drugs to a target of a cell surface, thereby being able to be helpfully used in preventing or treating lung cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
