The present invention relates to a post fixing device, capable of improving a fixing force of a post and shortening construction time for the post by stably and rapidly driving a vertical pile fixing the post into the ground, and a post construction method using a post fixing device. The post fixing device includes: a vertical pile fixed by being driven into the ground, wherein the vertical pile has an underground driven unit of a cone shape with a sharp end, in the lower part of the vertical pile, and a horizontal fixing plate having multiple bolt assembly holes on an upper end; multiple circumference concave grooves filled as soil is inserted therein, wherein the multiple circumference concave grooves are concave at multiple stages on the upper surface of the vertical pile; and multiple vertical blades protruding from the outer circumference of the vertical pile to the outside and having a sharp lower part.
