The present invention relates to a core-shell nanochain structure and a method for preparing the same and, more particularly, to a core-shell nanochain structure having fluorescence and magnetic properties at the same time by forming a fluorescence coordination polymer on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles, and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, magnetic nanoparticles are included in a core portion, and nanoparticles in the form of surrounding a shell portion with a fluorescence coordination polymer are self-assembled to be connected to each other with a chain form, thereby having magnetic properties and optical properties at the same time. Therefore, the present invention can be usefully used for the nanotechnology (NT), the biotechnology (BT), and the like.
