The present invention relates to a zirconium-copper binary alloy composition and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a zirconium-copper binary alloy composition which has low susceptibility and can be used as implant materials. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the zirconium-copper binary alloy composition and the production method thereof, artificial defects barely occur when taking magnetic resonance image (MRI) owing to low susceptibility.
