The present invention relates to a method for providing the name of a next destination station where a subway will arrive on an execution screen of an application in a cellular phone which a user taking the subway uses, in real time. In particular, to solve a problem that GPS information in the subway running underground is not transmitted and received, the present invention systemically uses section data of a subway route. That is, since the subway route is fixed, if the name of a subway station where a user takes is provided, the next station and an average section running time between the stations are obtained. In addition, since a GPS device works in a station where the subway arrives, the GPS information can be obtained in a station where the subway already arrives.
