An ultrasonic transducer improves an acoustic feature by distributing heat with thermal conduction of an aluminum layer which is adjacent to an active element and forming a boundary side of a matching layer with a complex structure. The present invention improves a heat distribution feature of the ultrasonic transducer by heating heat which is generated in the active element with a metal layer of aluminum which is adjacent to the active element, and heat generated by multiple reflections. When an ultrasonic signal is delivered to a tested object through the complex structure and the metal layer on the boundary side which is positioned between a first material and a second material, the present invention improves the sensitivity and the bandwidth of the ultrasonic transducer.
