The present invention relates to: an automatic posture control system which is integrated with a PLC control for an unmanned transfer vehicle; and a controlling method thereof. The automatic posture control system is able to improve the route estimation precision and driving stability of an unmanned transfer vehicle by: minimizing a controller by forming an expensive general-purpose PLC product, used to control the unmanned transfer vehicle in an industrial site, into an automatic posture control module of a PLC engine-embedded type onboard type; recognizing precise route information through a data process which improves the sensing precision of a magnetic guide sensor; and forming a PID controller which utilizes an encoder to precisely control two DC motors.
