The present specification discloses an apparatus for an optical guidance light having seven-color changing features, which can recognize a generation state of a solar cell to determine whether it is daytime or nighttime. The control apparatus according to the present invention includes: a voltage detection unit for detecting a voltage of electric energy provided from a solar cell and converting the voltage into a digital signal; an object sensing sensor module for sensing a signal reflected as a vehicle is driven; a humidity sensor module for sensing surrounding humidity; a switching unit for controlling an optical induction light to be lightened on or off; and a control unit for determining whether it is daytime or nighttime based on an output signal of the voltage detection unit, wherein the control unit allows energy generated from the solar cell to be supplied to a battery when it is determined that humidity is lower than reference humidity and it is daytime after the control unit recognizes a state of surrounding humidity from the humidity module, the control unit controls a lamp of the optical induction light to be turned on through the switching unit when it is determined that humidity is equal to or higher than reference humidity and it nighttime, and the control unit instructs the lamp of the optical induction light to change a color of the lamp based on the detection signal of the object sensing sensor module. According to the present invention, it is determined whether it is daytime or nighttime based on the generation state of the solar cell and a vehicle driving state is detected through the object sensing sensor module, such that the color of the optical induction light is changed depending on the determination and detection results, thereby inducing safety driving.
