The present invention relates to a kind of single large enterprise of co-ordinative construction and multiple small business enterprises. It therefore, can large enterprise receives sharing a success for a part of equity small business enterprise and is combined together simultaneously in the title large enterprise of small business export enterprise product. The large enterprise can technically support small business enterprise to improve product. Shared labour community structure can initiatively make local production. The small business enterprise can provide local equity to shared labour community structure so as to mutually succeed, while minimizing wage, to prevent the production equipment relocated from reducing as far as possible with impoverished nation.
