The present invention relates to a kit for detecting toxin genes of Bacillus cereus, and to a method for detecting toxin genes of Bacillus cereus using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, toxin genes of Bacillus cereus in a target specimen can be efficiently detected by using the kit and the method for detecting toxin genes of Bacillus cereus. The kit comprises: a first primer set formed of oligonucleotides including base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2; a second primer set formed of oligonucleotides including base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4; a third primer set formed of oligonucleotides including base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 5 and SEQ ID NO: 6; a fourth primer set formed of oligonucleotides including base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 7 and SEQ ID NO: 8; and a fifth primer set formed of oligonucleotides including base sequences of SEQ ID NO: 9 and SEQ ID NO:10.
