The present invention relates to a cold storage ventilation system for an arctic ship, a pressure relief valve apparatus thereof, an arctic ship having the same, and a cold storage ventilation method, which efficiently discharges offensive odors in a storage room of the cold storage to the outside using the pressure difference between the inside of the storage room and a corridor to discharge offensive odors generated in the cold storage, and effectively prevents damage to air conditioning equipment and related electronic equipment by preventing external low-temperature air in an arctic sea area from flowing backward to the inside of the cold storage when the offensive odors are discharged. The cold storage ventilation system for an arctic ship comprises: a cold storage which has multiple storage rooms and a corridor; an air supply duct which supplies fresh air to the storage rooms; pressure relief valve apparatuses which are installed in partitions formed between the storage rooms and the corridor; and an offensive odor discharge device which discharges offensive odors flowing into the corridor to the outside of the cold storage.
