The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically adjusting an output sound size according to a noise using a DSP embedded codec, including: a digital signal processor (DSP) (100) having a loudness amplifying unit (130); a sound source storing unit (200) storing a digital audio (or sound source) signal; a LINE input unit (300) receiving the digital audio signal; an audio codec (400) having a decoder (420); an out terminal output unit (500) adjusting a size of the sound source or blocking sound; and a sound output display unit (600), thereby automatically blocking the sound source when the size of the sound source is excessively big.
