The present invention relates to a construction method and a structure of a non-excavation tunnel and, more specifically, relates to a construction method and a structure of a non-excavation tunnel to press in and push a steel pipe to an arch type upper slab capable of constructing a tunnel with only a steel pipe having a constant size when constructing a non-excavation type tunnel; thereby having simplicity and convenience of constructing a tunnel, and being work efficient.
