Disclosed are an import container management server and a service method for managing an invoice for an import container by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the service method for managing an invoice for an import container comprises the following steps. The import container management server receives a delivery order (D/O) and invoice issue base information from a shipping company terminal, wherein the D/O includes at least one of a D/O number, a B/L number, a container number, a container size, a container type, the number of containers, take-out place information, returning place information, a take-out due data, and a returning due date, and the invoice issue base information includes at least one of determination information on a late fee and information related to the invoice. The import container management server receives container preliminary take-out information for taking out the container from a carrying company terminal, wherein the container preliminary take-out information includes at least one of the D/O number, the B/L number, the container number, the container size, the container type, a container take-out expected date, and a container take-out place. The import container management server determines whether to issue an invoice for taking out the container, by using the deliver order, the invoice issue base information, and the container preliminary take-out information.
