The present invention provides an imported container management server and a management service method for an invoice for drop-off charge for destination of an imported container using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the management service method for an invoice for drop-off charge for destination of an imported container using the same comprises: a step of receiving a delivery order and invoice issue basic information (at least one piece of information related to change in a destination and invoice issue information) from a shipping company terminal by the imported container management server; a step of checking whether a destination of the container is changed by the imported container management server; and a step of determining whether to issue an invoice regarding change in the destination by using information related to change of the destination by the imported container management server when the destination of the container is changed.
