KLEBSIELLA RECOMBINANT STRAIN FOR PRODUCING (R, R)-2,3-BUTANEDIOL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING OF (R, R)-2,3-BUTANEDIOL

The present invention relates to a klebsiella sp. recombinant strain for producing (R, R)-2,3-butanediol in which (a) a wabG gene and a budC gene are inactivated and (b) a gldA gene and a dhaD gene are overexpressed. The klebsiella sp. recombinant strain recombined through a genetic deletion and overexpression method has an excellent function in producing (R, R)-2,3-butanediol. In particular, the production of (R, R)-2,3-butanediol from the klebsiella sp. recombinant strain increases by 6.0-7.0 times compared to a strain in which a wabG gene and a budC gene are inactivated.
