The present invention relates to a win-win type talent donation application providing system for long-stay patients and, more specifically, to a win-win type talent donation application providing system for long-stay patients which enables patients, who are hospitalized in a specific hospital for a long time, to create a group, provides a communication space for the patients, and enables the long-stay patients to donate talents to other patients. The win-win type talent donation application providing system for long-stay patients according to the present invention is characterized in being configured to comprise: an N screen service unit (100) for providing a network service which enables information on talent donation to be shared by a smartphone, a computer terminal, a smart television, and a tablet personal computer (PC); a patient terminal (200) for providing personal information and talent donation information; and a group bulletin board management server (300) for registering group creation information and activity information and providing registered information to the N screen service unit. According to the present invention, since patients, who are hospitalized in a specific hospital for a long time, can create a group, a communication space for the patients can be provided, and long-stay patients can donate talents to other patients.
