The present invention relates to a nanostructure producing method of mesoporous zinc silicate particles performed in a single reactor. According to various embodiments of the present invention, provided is a producing method of silicate particles having various structures through a simple single container process, while performing a multi-step process mostly using a template and requiring a separate core forming step or a sacrificial template bead when changing nanostructure of conventional silicate particles, thereby being able to simply and cost-efficiently control the nano structure of the silicate particles, and to be applied to various fields including control release, drug delivery, and catalyst and battery development.
