The present invention relates to a vertex generator for generating an asymmetric wake to reduce a propeller noise and vibration, capable of reducing noise and vibration of a propeller installed in a vessel by reducing cavitation generated on a wing surface of the propeller by controlling a flow introduced to the propeller.
