According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining an optimum reference data number comprises the steps of: smoothing measurement data based on different data numbers; obtaining a variation between the measurement data before smoothing and the smoothed measurement data; and determining an optimum reference data number based on the variation. In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for correcting measurement data comprises the steps of: obtaining variations between measurement data and the smoothed data obtained by smoothing the measurement data; obtaining a reference variation based on the variations; and correcting the measurement data based on the reference variation. A reference data number, which can minimize noises and fluctuation while having reliability of data when smoothing the data, can be objectively determined.
