Disclosed are a mold structure of a concrete drainage and a method for constructing the concrete drainage using the same, which can improve construction precision better than a prior method by minimizing buoyancy applied to a mold while performing construction technology of constructing the concrete drainage structure more simply than the prior method. The mold structure of the concrete drainage of the present invention comprises: at least one precasting block (110) which is arranged on a ground floor in a width direction where a number of unit molds (100) are to be installed continuously, and has at least one fastening grooves (112a, 112b) buried at both sides; a first and a second external wall form (120a, 120b) which are installed in a vertical direction using fastening members (114a, 114b) at the fastening grooves (112a, 112b) of each precasting block (110), and are formed in width length (L1) corresponding to width length of the unit mold (100); a first, a second and a third fixing plate (130a, 130b, 130c) which integrally fix the unit mold (100) to an upper part formed between an outer side of the first and the second external wall form (120a, 120b) and an upper part of the first and the second external wall form (120a, 120b); and a first and a second internal wall form (140a, 140b) which are extended to an upper part of the precasting block (110), and are installed to be fixed to be inclined downwardly so that the width length becomes narrow as going toward a lower part.
