The present invention relates to a power-saving desk lamp for eyesight protection which not only protects eyesight, but also saves power. Specifically, the present invention relates to a power-saving desk lamp for eyesight protection which is composed of a structure to have a low support and connect an adjustment guiding hole capable of freely adjusting a position to a light source unit by using a principle that an incident angle of light is identical to a reflecting angle of the light, wherein the support has a detecting sensor for detecting a human installed in the support.
