WHEAT SEED EXTRACT SHOWING POTENT INHIBITING EFFECT ON SKIN AGING, THE PREPARATION THEREOF AND THE COMPOSTION COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a wheat extract having an inhibiting effect on skin aging, to a preparation method of the wheat extract, and to a functional cosmetic product comprising the wheat extract for inhibiting skin aging. The preparation method of the wheat extract comprises the steps for: (a) adding Triticum sp. plant materials to an acidic aqueous solution and boiling the same at 80-100C to obtain an extract; (b) adding an alkaline aqueous solution to supernatant liquid obtained by filtering the extract of the step (a) to adjust the pH value thereof to 3.5-7.0, and inducing the formation of a precipitate; and (c) collecting the supernatant liquid obtained by filtering the precipitate of the step (b). According to the present invention, the wheat extract prepared above is quantifiable by using ferulic acid as an indicator matter and has the effects of elastase inhibition and collagen synthesis acceleration, and therefore, can be used as an active component in a functional anti-wrinkle cosmetic product.
