The present invention relates to a gum expander for the sustained release of a growth factor and, more specifically, relates to a gum expander for the sustained release of a growth factor, which can release the growth factor in a stable manner by introducing a high molecular nanoparticle having excellent adhesion force with the growth factor. According to the present invention, the gum expander for the sustained release of a growth factor comprises: a hydrogel for securing a space inside the gum through the internal expansion; a self-assembled nanoparticle including a catechol group on a surface, introduced to the hydrogel; and a growth factor coupled to the nanoparticle.
