The present invention relates to a regional commercial industry based digital local advertising method, a smart mobile device for the same, and a system thereof. The present invention includes: a first step where a smart mobile device (10) accesses a regional commercial industry based digital local advertising server (20) through a network, acquires a local advertising receiving agreement and a location information transmitting agreement, and performs a local advertising setting process including selecting a distance among threshold distances by step; and a second step where the regional commercial industry based digital local advertising server (20) receives the location information of the smart mobile device (10) collected by the location receiving unit (16) of the smart mobile device (10) from the smart mobile device (10) at predefined time intervals and performs a local advertising matching and analysis process for determining if store(s) matched to the selected distance among the threshold distances exists among the stores according to the local advertising receiving agreement and if the matched store(s) have the local advertising receiving agreement corresponding to the selected distance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
