METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOIL PAVEMENT PROVIDED WITH SOIL PARTICLE STABILIZATION PROCESSING LAYER USING CALCIUM OXIDE-ADDED ACRYLIC POLYMER RESIN, METHOD FOR FORMING GROUND SUBSIDENCE FILLER AND METHOD FOR STABILIZING LOWER GROUND OF ROAD
Provided are a method for constructing soil pavement provided with a soil particle stabilization processing layer using oxide calcium-added acrylic polymer resin, a method for forming a ground subsidence filler and a method for stabilizing the lower ground of a road, which can harden soil particles by coupling polymer based positive charges to negative charges of the soil particles in a state of coupling calcium oxide-added acrylic polymer resin (AR-CAO), to which calcium oxide (CaO) is added for being absorbed and coupled to acrylic polymer resin, to the soil particles, accordingly can prevent local soil from being scattered and stabilize the ground by injecting the AR-CAO to the local soil or mixing the AR-CAO with the local soil. In addition, the present invention can reinforce the ground only by mixing the AR-CAO with the local soil and water or placing the AR-CAO on the spot based on a method for coupling the AR-CAO to the soil particles environmentally and technically rather than a conventional inorganic based ground stabilizing method, can be applied to a place where a load is comparatively low like a walk, a bicycle lane, a parking place, an esplanade, etc. using flattening equipment for maintaining a natural state of the soil as it is, and can be easily used for the ground subsidence of lower ground of a road or a ground sink hall. The method for constructing the soil pavement provided with the soil particle stabilizing layer comprises the steps of: forming an assistant base layer on a road surface; adding the oxide calcium to liquefied acrylic polymer resin to form the AR-CAO; mixing the AR-CAO with the soil particles and the water; forming an AR-CAO stabilizing layer on the assistant base layer; and flattening the AR-CAO stabilizing layer using the flattening equipment and finishing soil pavement.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
