The present invention relates to a ventilating and heating system for controlling the temperature and humidity of a greenhouse, the system being configured to improve the overall air flow in the greenhouse and to be capable of adjusting the temperature and humidity through ventilation and heating which are available in all seasons. The ventilating and heating system for controlling the temperature and humidity of a greenhouse is installed in a greenhouse to control the temperature and humidity inside the green house, and comprises: air circulating modules respectively attached to one side and the other side of a main body case to suck air and circulate and discharge the air inside and from the main body case; a heating module formed inside the main body case and heating the air introduced through the one side of the main body case by means of an external operation to a certain temperature; and a control module selectively controlling the heating module according to the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse.
