The present invention relates to a universal measurement fixing device with low cost and high accuracy for a radio frequency (RF) and microwave high power amplifier, comprising: a thermal conductive carrier which is provided with an amplifier MMIC inputting and outputting RF or microwave signals; a heat radiation device which is provided with the thermal conductive carrier; and a connector assembly which has a size variable with the size of the amplifier MMIC, and electrically connects the MMIC to the outside. Accordingly, heat generated in the amplifier MMIC is emitted through the heat radiation device, and it is possible to safely and accurately measure characteristics of the amplifier MMIC.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
