The present invention relates to a berth facility for preventing damage to paint on a newly constructed ship. More specifically, the berth facility for preventing damage to paint on a newly constructed ship comprises: a water current generator to generate a water current in a direction from a stem to a stern of a ship approaching a pier; and a water current direction changing structure to change a direction of the water current generated by the water current generator towards the ship.
