The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing Salicornia herbacea L. salt. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing Salicornia herbacea L. salt which can be produced by inputting raw Salicornia herbacea L. and salty water inside a heating tank, mixing the same while grinding Salicornia herbacea L., and heating the mixture to produce boiled sea salt, thereby enhancing functionality of the boiled sea salt, having a simple manufacturing process, and being capable of mass producing the boiled sea salt having Salicornia herbacea L. The apparatus for manufacturing boiled sea salt having Salicornia herbacea L. comprises: the heating tank in a cylindrical shape and having an opened upper portion; a support frame installed on a lower portion of the heating tank and supporting the same; a heating unit installed on the heating tank and heating the inner side of the heating tank; a grinding and stiring unit installed on the heating tank and grinding and stiring Salicornia herbacea L. inputted inside the heating tank together with salty water; and an evaporation accelerating means installed on an upper portion of the heating tank and accelerating moisture evaporation inside the heating tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
