A active sound quality control system against noise caused by the operation of a motor-based power window system of a vehicle opening unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an active sound quality control unit for generating sounds for controlling an active sound quality wherein a target sound and a antiphase sound are reflected based at least one among noise and vibration generated by a power generating unit and a gear unit for power transmission of the vehicle opening unit and outputting the same to around drivers ears and an active structural sound control unit for preventing the vibration of a panel based on the vibration of the panel of the vehicle opening unit. The active sound quality control system is capable of reducing start impact sounds, transmitting sounds, and end impact sounds generated by the operation of a motor of the vehicle opening unit such as a power window and a power sunroof of a door module based on the active structural sound control and the active sound quality control, improving a sound quality against a modulation phenomenon of an amplitude and a frequency generated when transmitting, and preventing structural transmission sounds caused by the vibration of the panel of the door module generated by the operation of the motor and the gear unit, thereby actively reacting against the noises caused by the operation of the vehicle window at the sound quality.
