The present invention relates to an organically grown domestic Gongjindan, the pill of oriental medicinal herb, based on the original text of Donguibogam, one of oriental medical books in Korea, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a medicinal herb composition, the method comprising the following steps: preparing musk powder, deer antlers, Korean angelicas, and cornus fruits; washing the deer antlers with sheep milk; washing the Korean angelicas and the cornus fruits with alcohol; pulverizing the deer antlers, the Korean angelicas, and the cornus fruits; mixing the pulverized deer antlers, the Korean angelicas, the cornus fruits, and the musk powder; and adding honey to the mixture and kneading the resultant mixture containing honey.
