The present invention provides a method and a system for predicting damage to seashore structures in consideration of climate changes, to analyze qualitative factors, so as to predict damage to seashore structures and evaluate risk. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: using a weighted average of each detail score determined with respect to influence factors belonging to a climate exposure condition category and a structure condition category, so as to calculate physical breakage probability of the seashore structure; using a weighted average of each score determined with respect to influence factors respectively belonging to a safety factor category, an environmental factor category, and a financial factor category, so as to calculate breakage damage importance; and evaluating damage risk of a structure based on possibility of physical breakage and importance of breakage damage.
