The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pickled radish using black rice bran and a pickled radish prepared thereby using the black rice bran. The preparing method comprises the steps of: (A) soaking and marinating washed radish in the black rice bran paste including salt and black rice bran powder; (B) soaking the marinated radishes in demineralized water including the black rice bran powder; and (C) soaking and marinating the demineralized radish into a seasoning solution including an organic acid and the black rice bran powder. The pickled radish has excellent hardness and does not elute deposited anthocyanin when being stored in a preservation solution for a long time, wherein the anthocyanin containing in the black rice bran is deposited in the pickled radish.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
