The present invention relates to a lignocellulose and seaweed mixed biomass saccharified liquid, in which a saccharified liquid is produced by mixing a seaweed biomass and a lignocellulose biomass. Acetic acid derived from a lignocellulose biomass serves as an electro acceptor of mannitol derived from a seaweed biomass, so a very low content of a fermentation inhibiting material is contained and high sugar production concentration can be maintained. To this end, a problem which a lignocellulose biomass has and in which a fermenting rate is decreased due to a lignocellulose-derived fermentation inhibiting material, and a problem which a seaweed biomass has and in which a production concentration is very low even when fermentation time is long can be resolved. Accordingly, when the saccharified liquid according to the present invention is applied to the industry of producing greenhouse gas generation reducing-type bio-fuel and chemical ingredients, a bio-fuel can be economically produced.
