BONE REGENERATING SUPPORT COATED WITH BONE-DERIVED EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX

The present invention relates to a bone regenerating support and a method for producing the same. The bone regenerating support comprises: a first layer including a biodegradable polymer; and a second layer wrapping the first layer and including a bone demineralized and decellularized extracellular matrix (bdECM). A bone regenerating support coated with an extracellular matrix can be produced through a 3D printer in a shape correctly corresponding to an affected area where bone damage occurs, and is rapidly coupled with an affected area compared to a conventional support. Also, deposition, proliferation, and bone differentiation of surrounding bone tissue cells are improved, so a more rapid bone generating effect can be expected. Moreover, a step like cell transplantation is not needed, so a support can be transplanted to a bone damage patient in a short time and more rapid recovery can be expected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
