The present invention relates to a toughened epoxy resin composition, an epoxy resin including the same, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a toughened epoxy resin composition with excellent mechanical properties, especially impact strength. The present invention further relates to an epoxy resin including the same and a production method thereof.
